Thank you for shopping at Eightyeight. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return an item within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please carefully read our Return & Policy below:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DELIVERY POLICY
Orders will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving an order is approximately 2 weeks.
Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.
Charges of delivery orders will vary based on location. Please note that VAT, customs, and any import duty taxes may vary from country to country and must be settled by the customer to the courier at the time of delivery. We would recommend that you consult your local authority for more details.
The Eightyeight will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
We ship via DHL Right Now. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.
Its the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.
